Our Team

The Centre currently employs nine members of staff all who undergo an enhanced disclosure check prior to starting work. In line with the current Legislation, all Staff are in the process of registering with the Scottish Social Services Council as qualified practitioners in the care of young children.

Owners

Nevis Bank Nursery Ltd (Company No 164294) is owned by local Solicitors Duncan & Rosemary MacPhee, both Fort William born and bred who set up the Nursery ten years ago due to local demand.

The owners support an ongoing comprehensive training and development programme to ensure that the Centre meets the statutory requirements regarding staff qualifications. As well as their required childcare qualification all staff are trained in first aid, food hygiene and child protection.
